I am a CEO, business leader & entrepreneur with extensive knowledge & proven success within the conference, industry exhibitions & trade events industry and have a track record of both growing & launching highly profitable conferences, trade exhibitions, B2B trade shows & training events across different industry verticals and globally including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Africa and the Americas regions. Over the years, I have successfully led, managed and scaled up global companies of different setups and previously had the experience of being the Country Head & General Manager of IQPC's China business where I managed the creation and growth of this new start up office and was responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of the China business strategy from scratch and had full P&L control & management over the China business & organizational workforce. Through these experiences, I also had the opportunity to negotiate & establish senior-level partnerships with numerous organizations and industry associations worldwide, in addition to governments from including China, India, across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa, and industry associations internationally, whilst working with people & teams of different cultures and backgrounds.
