Assisted in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data as well as the creation of easy-to-understand dashboards to aid in decision making for stakeholders. Essentially, I worked closely with the Strategic Projects Team to understand existing processes and propose optimizations. One of the notable projects that I took charge of by myself would be the kickstarting and market research of new product line of Air Purifiers as well as the development during my internship in PRISM+. To aid in Customer Service, I have also went down to customer homes to analyze issues regarding ceiling fans and air conditioning apps as well as to provide customers with ease of mind that Prism+ is actively working with them to serve the best possible service.
