* Create detailed test plans and acceptance tests based on engineering descriptions of features focusing on both the expected outcome and failure cases.* Perform manual regression and feature testing for release candidate builds for both mobile client, web server and backend builds.* Review bugs and ensure they are adequately retested when fixed.* Log detailed bugs and provide reproduction steps (expected vs actual outcome)* Collect and report test results for all builds.* Create automated tests wherever possible.* Periodically monitor the mobile and web apps' health. * Conduct investigations when needed.* Generate weekly operational reports for the team.* Triage customer-reported issues and help ensure the overall system health from the functional, operational, and data perspectives.

* Mobile application testing * Develop test plans and test solutions for testing either from developers or self discovered solutions* Complete test cases and the whole perform test processes including of regression test, smoke test, and follow up with bugs if any; * Using automated testing methods to conduct performance, interface testing and other testing methods to ensure project quality is as according to business needs; * Having a strong sense of quality assurance and have an insight into the quality issues in the product life cycle.
