- In this Leadership role, actively participating in quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, fostering strategic partnerships to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.- Administering the entire Premium Customer Catalogs, spanning websites and mobile sites, along with the underlying templated technology.- Leading New Product development initiatives, creating Product Vision & Product Roadmaps, planning Product Development & Product Release to final Product Launches, using Go-to-market strategy.- Managing PAN India customer escalations, enhancing security measures, and migrating domains (~55L) to HTTPS for a secure digital environment.- Developing products based on buyer-supplier behavioral matching patterns, fostering innovation and effective team development.- UI Architect, guiding the UI/UX design process, from concept approval to development with enhanced Conversational User Interfaces (CUI)/User Experience (UX).- Optimizing the conversion of products to ensure customers receive the right ROI i.e., Business Lead.- Implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for our products to enhance website traffic.- Ensuring consistency in business logic across various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and app through Service Oriented Architecture (API).
