Hi I am Thedros Araya, (Ted for short) a Phoenix native who takes great pride in my roots developed within my community, and a passion for sharing in-depth knowledge of the various neighborhoods that make up the soul of our city with newcomers and natives alike!I have been in the real estate world as an investor, builder, and developer for 20 years. Additionally as a marketing undergrad, I have owned my marketing company, Franchise Marketing LLC for 15 years assisting large and small companies; locally, nationally, and internationally.I am expanding my building a real estate business founded upon serving clients through organically establishing trust and cultivating lasting relationships. I pride myself on my ability to instantly connect with people, make them feel supported, and become their chosen guide for the journey of buying and selling homes. I always bring a positive and persistent attitude to these efforts as to my profession as your real estate and marketing expert.I am an alumnus of SunnySlope High School, Arizona State University (B.S. in Marketing and Masters in Management) and enjoy spending my free time with my family (wife, son, and daughter) friends, attending ball games, and traveling throughout the world.
