Responsible for the day to day activities of the Independent Adjuster Manager application. Responsibilities included: > Provides multi-Division consultative support for the decommissioning and replacement of IAM > Provided E&S/Specialty Claim Division with alternate IA assignment workflow and billing process that saved the Claim Division between $250k-$800k/yearly> Business Lead: Claim Technology Roadmap. Responsible for the day to day management of the Claim Technology Roadmap. Work closely with the E&S/Specialty IT Architect and BCL to ensure Roadmap is on point and provides a clear vision for the E&S/Specialty Claims Division.> Claim Division lead for the United Way campaign (2017-2018). This method of reporting was well received and has been the method of choice (60%) for FNOL reporting.
