Primary Responsibilities1.) Chair - Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Task Force2.) Workforce Development (TSMO capacity building for both the operations and maintenance programs)3.) Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) 4.) Asset Management for Traffic Signals, Roadway Lighting and Intelligent Transportation Systems (Full Life Cycle)5.) Research, Evaluation, Development and Implementation of emerging Innovative Technologies

As the Washington State Department of Transportation's major electrical systems expert my position is responsible for identifying issues, supporting and leading change in each of the following 15 primary functions: Strategic Planning, Programming, Procurement, Training, Operations Policy, Design Policy, Project Delivery, Research, New Product Evaluation, Performance Measures, Asset Mangement, Transportation Pooled Fund Administration, Public Website Communication, State and Federal Law Review, Lean Thinking Tools and Techniques.

As a founding partner I have been involved in all aspects of the business. My current role is centered around investment management functions.
