Ted is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice has focused on all matters involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P, formerly DYFS), adoptions, and criminal defense. He has practiced law for 20 years and recently began a solo practice. He is also Of-Counsel to Feldman Shepherd. Ted has represented countless clients in litigation pertaining to abuse and neglect of minors, termination of parental rights, and a wide array of criminal matters from homicide to municipal matters.When not at the office, Ted enjoys playing the piano and writing music. He is active in his church community and sits on the school board for Resurrection Catholic School. Ted is married and has three children.Ted earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Vermont, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
