A little about me, professionally and personally.I currently manage the emissions monitoring and testing group for Air Tox Environmental's Northeast region. This is the fourth stack testing company I have been a part of since graduating in 1994. Air Tox is unique in that we aren't just a stack testing outfit, though that is my area of expertise. We also have a group of professionals that focuses on CEM system installations and servicing, as well as getting directly involved with facility data acquisition and handling systems.After the last 23-years of my career being in a larger corporate environment, it is worth mentioning that I very much enjoy the atmosphere and comradery of a smaller organization. I desire for my team members to feel connected with each other because positive relationships matter and are a significant factor with employee contentment in the workplace. Integrity first. This is one of the pillars of my work ethic. In college, incoming students were required to memorize a quote from Shakespeare (imagine that!), which was intended to ingrain the tenants of the 'cadet honor code' and it has always stuck with me. ‘This above all: to thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.’ ~Hamlet, Act 1. Scene 3.The foundational pillar of my life in general ties in with my faith. As a person of faith, I sincerely desire to represent my Lord well, the most significant driving force in my work ethic. This means treating people fairly and justly while maintaining an even keel in stressful situations.
