As part of the Facilities Management Group: my duties included all types of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (chilled water & DX), Refrigeration, Building Automation Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Electrical Systems (480/3ph & below), Generator systems, Electronics (motor control centers, PLC's & etc.), Generators, Motors (fractional to 150HP), Pumping Systems (On Variable Frequency Drives) and Fire Alarm Control systems. Plant Services Tech 4: Areas of responsibility include, Site Building Management System (Andover, I/Net & Emergin) Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Industrial Air Filtration Systems (Clean Room), Scrubbed Exhaust, Chilled Water Plants w/pumps on VFD's, Electrical Systems Service & Repair, Class I thermal imaging operations on all electrical systems, DI Water Plant, Industrial Waste Water systems, Nitrogen Plant Operations, Solid Waste Disposal Systems, Chemical Handling, Chemical Process Piping, Process Compressed Air Systems, Process Vacuum Pumps and Vacuum Piping systems, Fire Alarm Control Panels and all associated piping, pumps and storage vessels, Process refrigeration, Cascade and Auto Cascade, Process Ovens, Wood, Metal & Plastics fabrication, Manufacturing Equipment Installation & Repair in a Clean Room production facility. Performing PM's on all Plant systems and Data logging information in AS400 system. Site security technology repair & service (Mag-Loc, PIR devices, camera's, gate openers, card readers and controllers), Trane Low pressure chillers, Marley & BAC cooling towers. Communicate all operations with supervisors, management, engineers & peers via meetings and Microsoft Office programs. Operate heavy equipment, High reach man lifts, forklifts & etc. Follow EPA, OSHA and Standard Safety protocols/guidelines/laws.
