  Never Become Complacent,To Think is to Create,The Now side of Management cracks me up, everyone gets on board with the latest fad. Reminds me of the 50 million diet plans out there and the basic plan is Eat Right and Exercise you will lose weight be healthy ,,, So the Management Side, One Minute Manager, How to Eat a Frog, 4 Disciplines of Execution, all based on one thing Manage Time, Take Smaller Chunks .. But Wait, why not first believe in your people or team to take these task for you. Look at Winners, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Terry Bradshaw, Gandhi or World Champion Houston Rockets.. it was about the people they played with or followed them. When Tom Brady was down 23 points, I can't say it was him, but the team as a whole did the little things. The field goal kicker kicks a field goal, the team as a whole believes they can score, the Offensive line blocks a little harder, receivers run faster, tighter routes, giving Tom Brady seconds more to throw the ball...Michael Jordan, yes great player, but look at his merry band of men..
