I am an entrepreneur who has vast experience in Sales and in Telecommunications. I explain the benefits of text enabling businesses to business owners by demonstrating the platform, discussing with them features that would help them achieve customer satisfaction and ROI.At the age of 19, I was taught how to be an entrepreneur. How to gain and retain clients, train and manage employees and basically build a business. I was contracted independently by AT&T to sell their products and services to small businesses in a door to door capacity. With my given success rate, I was then contracted by Direct TV to test market satellite dishes. A couple of years later, I was then contracted by Nynex, the former Verizon. Here I sold the first internet products, such as BRI’s, DSL, and T1’s. I acquired a lot of knowledge in the telecom industry and in 2005 started Multilink Technologies a VoIP company, which provides hosted PBX solutions to businesses throughout the US. I saw the need for good customer care as this was an area lacking with the big carriers and still is.I took courses in Linux Administration including a lot of “homeschooling” in networking. Over the years I learned how to build PBX phone systems and maintain these systems in the “cloud” or locally. I’m a Polycom and Grandstream partner.In 2016, I founded Text My Main Number, which provides text messaging services to all size businesses.
