Purchased “Bud Moran’s Bar” as it appeared to be ‘attractively’ under-performing, in addition to a favorable dollar/foot lease agreement. My friends completed a total remodel within 5 weeks completely changing both the interior and exterior with an excellent result. Bus. Hrs. 6am-2am - 7days. My first task was the development of favorable relationships with the City Administration, the P.D, the F.D but most importantly, my new neighbors, whom I consider to be all of the above. As anticipated, I achieved this goal quickly and easily and maintained positive relationships for the duration of my ownership. Revenue almost doubled in the 2nd year. Continued good policy and decision making was instrumental in maintaining excellent double digit growth year over year that tripled revenues for both my fourth and fifth years at the helm.
