Sales Operations supports sales related activities in both the telecom and utility industries. Our primary responsibility is to work with the outside sales team to ensure customer expectations align with our implementation methodologies and solution offerings using qualification and validation processes. We communicate these details to the sales team as well as accurately document into proposals and contracts to minimize misunderstandings and change orders. This results in improved enterprise implementation experiences for our customers and provides excellent references for future sales opportunities.Additional responsibilities include:-Management of SalesForce CRM including development efforts, sales activities, reporting, sales forecasting and other related analytics.-Management of inside sales staff for upsell opportunities targeting existing customers.-RFP management-Continual process improvement through reassessment, automation, and standardization efforts-Development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
