Ted has over 25 years of industry experience and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. During his career Ted has worked on a wide variety of projects including roads, highways, buildings, water/wastewater, rail, airports, mines, broadband infrastructure, mission critical, and major development projects. He has experience with traditional design bid build, construction manager at risk, job order contracts, and design build. Ted's work history includes managing and estimating projects throughout the Western U.S. including several high profile DB, DBM, DBOMC, mega projects. Ted is a Certified Professional Constructor and Board of Director for the American Institute of Constructors, a Certified Construction Manager by the Construction Management Association of America, and a Designated Design Build Professional by the Design Build Institute of America. He is currently pursuing his MBA degree and works as a Project Director for Sundt Construction in Tempe, AZ where he is the enterprise CM license holder.
