CurrentResearch and development specializing in designing and building unique prototypes and apparatus to be used in patient treatment, quality control, and medical research. Diagnosing and repairing various electromechanical devices.Manual and CNC machining, rapid prototyping with FDM 3D printing, welding and brazing. Experience with Solidworks, MasterCAM, and Insight 3D printing software.Responsible for scoping various projects with respect to materials, timelines, cost estimation.Liaise with educational institutions and other industrial partners during collaborations.Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.Provide design and technical assistance to physicians, engineers, researchers, and other members within the University Health Network umbrella.
