I enjoy creating and managing teams and aiding in their development. I have a history of finding good people, not by qualifications alone, but by finding the transferable skills that I have developed into High Performing personnel. Our personnel work from home which has been a challenge in development, however, use of technology and communication bridges that gap.Started up a preconstruction group for Sevan. This group takes the project from inception through buyout and then turns over the project to the PM team. This group is cross-functional with the estimating team and the execution team to ensure all parties have buy in. Projects are showing a higher rate of margin compared to our previous model. As our commercial group grows, we have constantly improved our process and procedure. Getting the team together on a regular basis to figure out what is working and what is not. Determining this helps define what process needs to change and what process needs to stay.
