Reviewed project documents and related project records to perform assessments of schedule changes and time impact analysis (TIA) of the contractor’s project baseline and progress update schedules. Senior Scheduler for the Project Management Group at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. The Project Management Group (PMG) is responsible for planning and implementing Capital Improvement projects for the two unit operating nuclear power plant located on the west Chesapeake Bay in Lusby Maryland. The CCNPP project schedulers are responsible for developing, maintaining and tracking progress to the projects baseline schedules. Additionally the PMG schedulers plan and coordinate with the Integrated Work Management Group and the CCNPP Refueling Outage Management teams to incorporate plant modifications into the on-line plant operations and maintenance (O&M) schedule for pre-outage and plant refueling outage work order requirements.
