• Changed the industry with the introduction of LeanOps with the 3D metaphoric UI. This continued to define Nokia as a thought leader to our customers and the industry.

• Founding member of the CloudBand organization, focused on building one of the telecom industry's first cloud platforms.
• Created the Japan CNC (Customer Network Center – Collaboration side) in Osaki, Japan, dedicated to technical collaboration with customers with an emphasis on cloud technologies.

• Created Alcatel-Lucent’s hosting business and oversaw the day-to-day operations as the business grew.
• Conceived the concept, architected the hosting environments, including the fault-tolerant networks, compute offerings, and centralized storage solutions.
• Hosted the MCM (Multimedia Manager – Alcatel-Lucent product) for T-Mobile for over 30 million subscribers and a monthly average of 1 million unique users. This architecture was additionally used to host applications.
• Hosted the Enterprise Application Store for Verizon. Verizon launched this service with ALU providing turn-key hosting of the application, providing fulfillment, stocking the virtual storefront with downloadable.
• Hosted the Proactive Network monitoring solution for Tier 1 customers. This was the first VNF application to use the ALU Global Cloud that I designed and operated. Enhanced operations principles from previous programs.
