Please note that both positions at the airport were held concurrently, with additional staff supporting both concerns.Duties included the following:• Creation, implementation and maintenance of SQL based Status Reporting System for all planning, design and construction projects for the airport• Creation and implementation of Document Management System for airport. This included the following:- Supporting business analysis of all departmental needs that will be using this system (up to and including the FAA)- Budgeting and supporting implementation schedule, including roll out, staffing requirements and training of all personnel that will be using the system- In depth analysis of available software on the market and what is the best choice for the airport in terms of legacy software- Evaluation of security protocols- Hardware requirements- Final presentation to all concerned parties and departmental heads

Duties included the following:• In charge of promotional efforts for all construction related projects for airport• In concert with the Department of Aviation and the City of Atlanta, revamping of promotion of projects for both the airport and City of Atlanta web sites in order to generate more competitive bidding on projects• Creation of broad-based monthly reporting matrix of construction projects• In charge of all promotional outreach efforts to minority and women owned businesses• Direct presentational support for the Airport General Manager and Program Manager• Assistance in the creation and implementation of the non-profit Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance. This included the following:- Broad based white paper which conceptually laid out the entire organizational matrix and fundamental purpose of organization- Conceptual layout of web site- Development and implementation of training programs (Construction Business Management Institute and Construction Skills Development Institute – Please note that the CSDI was fully implemented after I left)- Direct support of Sky Is The Limit trade show and Supplier Diversity Conference
