• Completed 7 server upgrades of the CygNet version (from v9.3 to v9.5, & from v9.5 to v9.7)• Completed 3 server upgrades of the CygNet UIS & VHS services from 32-bit to 64-bit.• Scripted a fully automated CygNet VHS Data Thinning capability for my upstream client. This saved our client hundreds of gigabytes of storage space on their SCADA test server, where data was being replicated from 5 different polling servers. The goal was to replicate the exact production configuration for testing, but limit the storage of data to days instead of years. Mission accomplished!• Developed a CygNet VB script that monitors all the values for a tag over the last 24 hours. When the tag gets a new value (i.e. on update), it finds the high & low value, calculates the difference, & saves those 3 values in tags for high, low, & differential.• Developed a Facility Navigation Bar that drills down to a specific well facility and then displays rows in the grid of all the UDC's for that well, and selected elements of each UDC.• Setup email notifications to go out on 4 servers when the UIS or VHS services go down.• Successfully moved the CyNet services backups to a different physical drive than the running services. This configuration preserves the services backups if the drive with running services goes down.• Helped my upstream client understand the decoding process for the CygNet Status Bits. Discovered the CURRENT Status Bit Decoding Process could be significantly improved by making some minor changes to the arrangement of data in the CygNet Point Properties and History Values. During 2023, I presented the PROPOSED Status Bit Decoding Process to users at Weatherford's FWRD conference, CygNet User Group meeting, and the CygNet SCADA Users group on LinkedIn. The PROPOSED change was well received.

• Supported AVEVA/OASyS DNA and Honeywell Experion PKS SCADA systems on pipelines spanning 11 states.• Built screens using P&ID diagrams, hand drawings, SCADA tags, & interactions with control room reps. • On AVEVA/OASyS DNA, I used ADE to make point and configuration changes in the database (DB).• On Honeywell Experion PKS, I used Configuration Studio to make database changes and HMIWeb Display Builder to make screen changes.• Researched, monitored, & established a proactive plan for handling a bad memory leak that impacted the control room every month.• Executed failovers, restarts, & failbacks of the redundant servers when slow performance impacted the control room.• Worked with support vendors from Honeywell and Champion to address unexpected system alarms, etc.

SCADA support for 70,000 wells across 6 Appalachian states; and SCADA integration for wells being acquired in Texas & Louisiana.• Added and reorganized tags on the graphic screen to create the space needed to embed 3 volume gas trend graphs. Each trend graph displayed alarm boundaries as well as colorized graphing of the trend lines at each alarm level.

• 7 years supporting CygNet based SCADA systems on interstate pipelines for Natural Gas, NGL, Crude, & Storage.• 7 years using Cygnet to provide SCADA configuration, maintenance, & support on 4 interstate Natural Gas pipelines spanning 14 states. The pipelines supported were Florida Gas (FGT), Trunkline Gas (TGC), Sea Robin (SRP), & Panhandle Eastern Pipeline (PEPL).• Occasional experience supporting the following pipelines: Dakota Access (CRD1), Transwestern (TWP), Houston (HPL), Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), Rover (RPL), Gulf States (GS), Fayetteville Express (FEP), Tiger (TIG), & Bammel Storage (BAM).• Provided after-hours callout (7x24) support for 12 pipelines spanning 22 states• Provided support for collecting efm and gas quality data in FMS/GMR and sending to Flowcal• Designed, developed, updated, and corrected graphic screens• Setup new RTU devices in CygNet.
