Our story began in 2016 in a small French patisserie in the heart of the Ozarks. You see, our cakes and desserts were the talks of the town.The reason?They were made from scratch, by hand, every day, using the same wholesome, quality ingredients and old-country recipes - just like Grandma used to. The chefs saw an opportunity to create handmade quality cakes and desserts packed with old country flavors in a modern commercial manufacturing platform.Today I am National Account Relations Manager for Novella’s Kitchen, and we’re a wholesale bakery located in Springfield, Missouri.I’m not here to sell you a product.I want to help you find the right product to maximize your business.
