At YouthSource I assist young people with their educational and professional goals. I work with a talented multidisciplinary team of professionals who offer a broad range of programs and support services to King County youth, ages 16-24.

I returned to Seattle Goodwill in a Case Management role at our Dearborn Pl. Job Training and Education Center. It was an honor to rejoin such an impactful and iconic organization that allowed me to serve my community in very meaningful and fulfilling ways. I worked to provide our students with case management services that supported their job search efforts and connected them with useful resources.

At Sound Mental Health I worked with a diverse team of mental health professionals to serve an even more diverse population of clients in need of mental health treatment. My role was to help our clients find and maintain competitive employment; permanent jobs chosen by clients that pay an adequate wage. We adhered to Fidelity principles of the Supported Employment model. Employment has been proven to be a positive contributor to treatment and recovery. Being able to contribute to this process was an invaluable learning experience and at the same time, very fulfilling on both a professional and personal level.
