After selling my stake in Eco Terra, I launched ST Ventures as a business consulting firm. I work on my own projects/companies and take on external clients. As a small business owner, I enjoy helping other small businesses solve their problems and grow. Created the brand identity, collaborated with designers on clothing fits, and developed exclusive prints. I occasionally act as my own model and generally have fun making cool clothes. Actively working on scaling up a made-to-measure formalwear option, creating new customizable products, and launching additional racquet styles.External Work- Crafted the brand name and identity for a new padel facility in Maryland, including the logo and a landing page. Currently working on establishing social media channels and a full website.- Using my expertise, I developed a financial model for a wine and spirits manufacturer. This model effectively demonstrated the impact on hiring needs for their business expansion plan, providing a clear roadmap for them to scale regionally and nationally.- Helped a technology development company analyze their business, suggest optimizations, and work towards implementing revenue strategies that provided business leverage outside of scaling human capital.- Created a pricing and financial model for a startup at the request of its investors to showcase the value of recurring revenue to the founders, which ultimately helped them secure follow-on investments.

Established Eco Terra which is dedicated to protecting land, restoring natural resources, and financing alternative energy solutions. Raised capital from high-net-worth individuals and small business owners and worked with their advisors to grow referrals and repeat business. Motivated and managed 10 employees and contractors across the U.S. southeast.• Won contracts in excess of $4M in 2021 by developing and implementing the mitigation banking arm of the business.• Raised over $20M from high-net-worth individuals and small business owners for specialized real estate funds.• Streamlined the closing of deals by implementing a new CRM system that boosted overall fundraising.

Founded Direct Hits Publishing, a boutique education publishing company focused on printing course/class notes into books to save time spent on copying and provide additional sales outlets. Oversaw all aspects of day-to-day operations including sales, business development, account management, brand messaging and positioning, as well as vendor selection and management.• Achieved positive cash flows within first year by leveraging print-on-demand technology to minimize capital exposure.• Increased brand awareness, revenue and units sold (100K books) by developing and launching the company’s website.

Functioned as a Partner at Old Ivy Capital Partners which was a principal investor in real estate opportunities (~ $100MM under management). Drove the development of financial models for various transactions and assisted with deal due diligence.• Developed and maintained relationships with multiple CPA and wealth management firms to drive referrals.• Raised over $10M from high-net-worth individuals and small business owners for specialized real estate deals.
