I currently serve on a number of private boards, and am enjoying my time boating, golfing, and wood working! Always looking for visitors to either come north to Northern Michigan in the summer or south to Marco in the winter. My cell is still the same!

As the President of Plumbing, I am responsible for all of Elkay’s Plumbing Operations. I lead a highly skilled and growing team across the country. My team drives Elkay to ever higher revenue targets while continuously improving bottom line performance. I establish and carry out the Plumbing division’s procedures, goals, and policies. My areas of responsibility include:• Directing annual strategic planning ensuring alignment to corporate goals across business units and functions• Maintaining the P&L for all of Elkay's Plumbing Operations, including all our North American operations, as well as our export business.• Growing and maintaining strong, open working relationships with partners, vendors, outside services, and others.• Leading the distribution expansion to deliver our product across the country.• Managing all sales channels including Traditional, eCommerce, Export, and Retail/Home Center.• Inspiring and encouraging teams to adhere to Elkay corporate values.• Establishing and carrying out organizational procedures, goals, and policies.• Analyzing performance indicators, financial statements, and sales reports for business optimization.

Responsible for Business Development within Elkay's Plumbing group. This includes Product Development, Product Engineering, Channel Marketing, Creative Services, as well as Sales for selected high growth channel segments such as eCommerce, Fabricators, K&B, and Catalog. Also lead our efforts in M&A within the Plumbing Channel.

Responsible for growing Elkay's business outside of our traditional Wholesale and Homecenter channels. These include, but are not limited to, Internet, Catalog, Fabricator, Municipal, and Facility accounts.

Led sales team to develop and grow sales of Elkay's sustainable products. Specifically, develop sales growth strategies around one of our newest products - the EZH2O bottle filling stations and related products. Cultivate new customers and develop new vertical markets into which we can sell these products.Developed and executed plan to grow sales. Actual sales increased over 300% in two years.
