The main vertical will definitively be the Non-Bank Lending and the Commercial accommodation real properties （REITs） business in AUSTRALIA.• Originate First Mortgage Lending on land, existing property and development site, and monitor the due diligence and transaction perform by team• Identify trends and investment opportunities in Holding for Rent property (Hotel, Student Accommodation, Young Professional service studio, Boarding House) in AUSTRALIA in line with our Client’s investment verticals.• Analysis and acquisition of land• Lead the entire investment project execution work including due diligence, research on financial analysis, modelling, evaluation activities and writing investment proposals together with the team• Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective investment opportunities by market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling to acquire new and retain existing investment business.• Monitor current investments, review and comment on transaction documents, engage in post- investment management.
