This customer facing role has involved the validation and detailed understanding of customers set up details on our billing systems. This has included up-selling our service products, discussing and delivering customers individual billing requirements, and setting up and delivering large amount of bespoke customer reports. As this was a new team, I have been heavily involved with the building of new processes, the training and development of other team members, the on-boarding of large new customers, portfolio alignment of large site addition customers and the development our out automatic customer emailing process.I have also attended customer meetings, building bespoke reports for internal and external customers and presenting results to the business. I am also an active member of the Engagement Champions Network, which has allowed me to gain a high level perspective and contacts across the entire of BGB Oxford.
