• Lead the full life-cycle implementation for human resources position management, payroll, time & labor, and absence management version 9.1. Lead all requirement sessions, fit/gap analysis sessions, and setup and configuration of all HR Positions, Payroll, Time & Labor, and absence management tables in development environment as determined from requirement and fit/gap analysis sessions. • Set up, Configure, and implement PS Project and Project Costing integration to PeopleSoft Financials (FMS) to generate journals for reported and payable time after processing in Global Payroll to Time & Labor into the client Financial system. This process created updates in PeopleSoft Financials for Activity ID’s, Project ID, and any PC Business Unit Override.• Responsible for the set up and mapping of Entitlements, Time Reporting Codes, and Earn Code tables for coordinated processing of payee’s time off from work via Absence Management input.• Mapping of Absence Management Pay Groups to North America Payroll Pay Groups.• Prepare functional and technical specifications for HR Positions, Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor from information gathered during requirements and design sessions.• Lead all requirement sessions, fit/gap analysis sessions, and setup and configuration of all HR Positions, Payroll, Time & Labor, and absence management tables in development environment as determined from requirement and fit/gap analysis sessions.• Responsible for the set up and mapping of Entitlements, Time Reporting Codes, and Earn Code tables for coordinated processing of payee’s time off from work via Absence Management input.• Migration and Cut-over Lead for payroll, contract pay, and time & labor during upgrade to version 9.1. Payroll Earnings to student admin system, student admin to payroll for hiring students and faculty, time & labor balances and history, absence balances and history conversions.
