Major Training exists to advance the careers of those who come to us seeking knowledge. My role in the Electrical Apprenticeships space, Cert 3 Electrotechnology, is to link potential employers to industry leading training and ensure that careers flourish

Responsible for national business partnerships across the construction, critical infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, aviation and maritime sectors.Regularly establishing and maintaining existing relationships in: Townsville, Mt Isa , the Bowen Basin, Gladstone and surrounds, Toowoomba and the Surat Basin, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and the north west. Whilst working directly for Baseline Training I also have the full suite of the Corporate Protection Australia Group's services at my disposal. This includes provision of services in: security, health and medical, fire protection, security consultancy and safety management.

My title at EPIC was Corporate Relationships Manager. To the rest of the world it was a national sales manager equivalent.This role involved me in the attraction and retention of A list clients nationwide that had a willingness and ability to undertake disability employment. In addition, I managed an East Coast team of 26 salespeople geographically spread from Cairns to Tasmania. Training in sales and customer service was also part of my remit. Within my tenure at EPIC I estimate that I trained somewhere in the region of 300 staff in the basics of sales and how to take their service offering to market.

I have undertaken both Branch Manager and National Sales Manager roles in the permanent recruitment sector. Allied with this is my operational experience gained while running the Queensland Branch of Westgate Logistics, a national 3PL Provider.
