As the Manager of Corporate Tooling and Process Engineering at Silgan Closures, I lead a team of engineers who are responsible for the modernization, innovation, and automation of equipment and manufacturing processes for metal closure plants. With about twenty years of experience in this field, I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.I enjoy collaborating with local Engineering and Operations teams to identify and resolve escalating issues arising from operations affecting production and quality. I apply the principles of continuous improvement and project management to optimize the performance of operations and reduce cost. I am also proficient in Six Sigma and MS Project Management, which enable me to promote industry standards along with new and innovative developments. My goal is to leverage my expertise and commitment for metal closure manufacturing to create value for Silgan Closures and its customers.
