Ted was also instrumental in completing module implementations of the entire platform as well as new functionality included for each release. His ability to expedite and accelerate the translation of client uses cases into the definition and continued refinement of Agile Epics, Features, User Stories, Spikes and other sprint work items led to the completion of all functionality included in our release and sprint plans. Above his functional and technical expertise Ted was a true advocate of the entire platform not just enhancements Ted was responsible for designing. Clients were clearly confident and in complete trust of Ted, always ensuring current clients had help and answers to questions regarding configuration best practices, solution training, current and future road map initiatives helping the product team ensure we were always working on the right priorities. Ted quickly transitioned into a skilled Product Owner to Product Manager moving toward more product director tasks help the product team crystallize our intermediate and long-term product strategy.
