Goose Creek Association is a 501(c)3 volunteer orgaqnization with over 350 members from Fauquier and Loudoun Counties who are focused on preserving and protecting Goose Creek, A State Designated Scenic River.

Mr. Lewis has more than 26 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, and hydrogeologic engineering. He performs subsurface investigations and engineering analysis for commercial and industrial buildings, earthen embankment dams, retail centers and residential developments. His duties include contract administration, management of drilling activities, foundation and earthwork analyses, and preparation of reports. He also has extensive experience in conducting environmental invesitgations and remedial actions related to due diligence studies, real estate transactions and development of contaminated sites.

On November 1, 2017, GeoConcepts Engineering, Inc. was acquired by Terracon. Mr. Lewis serves as a Senior Client Development Manager/Senior Principal for the firm. His responsibilities include providing client development services for Terracon Consultants in the Washington Metro region,

Starting as a Senior Staff Engineer, Mr. Lewis served as a Proejct Manager for design and construciton phase geotechnical erngineering projects. In 1991, Mr. Lewis took over management of the environmental group, which focused on conducting Phase I and II ESAs, UST managment servies, and ground water supply well devleopment. In 1995, Mr. Lewis opened Schnabel Engineering's Leesburg office. Mr. Lewis grew the Leesburg office from a staff of two up to a staff of 20.
