Team Chief Hotel Division serves as the Division Chief, Observer Controller/Trainer (OCT) Supervisory Operations Specialist, Civil Support Training Group (CSTG), US Army North. Responsible for the development and execution of training and readiness evaluations and oversight (TRO) for state National Guard (NG) Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Civil Support Teams (CST) and NG CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) located within the ARNORTH Army region. Currently Team Chief of C2CRE B consequence management of all CBRN, Urban Search and Rescue, Medical and Reserve Component Technical Support Forces in the CRE. Deputy Team Chief and Supervises 10 subject member experts in CBRN, Security, Search and Extraction, and Medical as well as Command and Control of BDE AND BN elements. Responsible for the development and execution of training and readiness evaluations and oversight (TRO) for Active Component (AC), State National Guard (NG) and Reserve Component Technical Support Forces in support of CBRNE Enterprise located within the ARNORTH Region. Supervises and synchronizes all activities for a team of Observer Controller/Trainers (OC/T) that provides training and assessment to Joint, Active and Reserve Component units performing domestic CBRNE Consequence Management response missions (CBRNE Response Enterprise) in support of local, state, tribal and/or federal leaders. Presents sensitive and current information to key government officials concerning the Observer Control/Trainer (OC/T) Divisions National Guard Civil Support Teams and CERFP missions on a regular basis. Routinely addressed intelligence staff actions and force protection concerns in the C2 training provided to client units. Oversees and directs the development and implementation of the training support/exercise coordination cycle to ensure that all provided training and assessment complies with appropriate guidelines. Is Technical certified all five disciplines of Urban Search and Rescue.

Is the deputy CSRG-Central, CSTA ARNORTH. Provides consulting, training, coaching and is the senior subject matter expert in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear matter subjects. Is a key leader in the CBRNE enterprise across home land defense community and as well as foreign homeland defense.
