Promoted to run the Construction Department, responsibilities included; direct supervision of three area project managers, along with fifteen various level Field managers. Responsible for all production start releases, to insure delivery of completed houses, on time and meet even construction flow criteria. I grew the construction department from 300.

Promoted to run the P&E Department, responsibilities as a manager of this department included new product introduction, contract negotiation and contract procurement.
