The mission engineering and integrations of avionics, in manned/unmanned teaming systems, represents the critical path in the planning thru manufacturing product lifestyle phases of such systems. Bounding and tracking cost per mission effect, within agile sprint delivery profile, from architecture to sucessful customer acceptance testing should be the heart of any digital engineering effort. As a leader in the design of integrated design environments or IDE, I've focused on implementing the automation of process flows across security domains that represent first time quality best practices in mission engineering and avionics integration. This involves cultural and technical change to empower teams to leverage the agile process in a way similar to how commercial software has developed and leveraged Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment in DevSecOps process flows. This new digital engineering path to optimize cost per mission effect fuses many teams via digital connectors and or plug ins within the digital thread management infrastructure. Thus allowing Leaders in Wireless Communications/RF Multi-function RFand electro optical Systems such as myself to codify their layed process flows into one IDE, and thus reducing schedule and turn around cost. My career effort has been developing innovative and disruptive Intellectual Property supporting new business within commercial eNodeB supplier space and OSD, DARPA, Service Labs that provides rapid deployment to the war fighter. The focus here is understanding and anticipating customer CONOPS (Use cases) and requirements in the developing new intersection of radar, cyber, 4G/5G, Internet of Things or IoT, spectrum deconfliction and communications infrastructures, and integration of those use cases and CONOPS into the IDE. Adept at shaping new business within contested RF environments is a specialized talent of mine. Technically, I produce company valued IP: patents, but mostly trade secrets that are used in proposals that require stealth, and multi function RF waveform, and Digital Engineering facilitating the integration of MAC layer and antenna architectures in contested RF environments. These techniques and algorithms are applicable to the current 4G LTE and future 5G commercial problem of attaining spectrally efficient mobile communications and radar Tx and Rx nodes operating in crowded frequency spectrum, within both intentional and inadvertent adjacent noise environments.
