Here, I achieved all program goals for a $4.8B US Small Business Administration Loan Servicing program under PricewaterhouseCoopers by directing a team of 10 technical professionals. I led the modernization of mainframe COBOL and Access applications to run on ColdFusion and Oracle in a Solaris environment. I also crafted strategy and managed team workflow, ensuring clearly defined goals, managing resources, mitigating risks, monitoring progress and delivering project on time, under budget and in alignment with expectations. Additionally, I promoted full compliance with SBA security and coding standards and guided developers to setup initial functional code, database, and structure of application as well as implementation of code in the local development environment. Directing a team of 12 developers, I led the onboarding of new clients and improved client financial systems by reviewing code and maintaining code and database scripts for promotion through development, test, QA, UAT, and production environments throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I developed functional and technical specifications for projects by analyzing requirements. I also created dynamic PDFs using Cold-Fusion and PDFLib for high volume Print-On-Demand (POD) publishing. Created and hosted a silent auction management application. Included e-commerce to purchase tickets (which automatically created auction bidder IDs), and purchase auction items. Use of application reduced auction purchasers’ time to check out by 150% (2-3 hours previously through manual process to less than 30 minutes using the auction application). Improved reporting of income, payments to artists and receipts to buyers considerably. Developed Requirements and Guidelines for auction workflow after consulting with the organization, both online using the application and during the event, trained volunteers on check-in process for attendees, and check out process for purchasers.

In this role, I communicated with clients to understand business challenges and devise technical solutions. I designed and developed new and existing CRM, CMS, and eCommerce solutions as well as led several integrations including native ColdFusion integration with Amazon Web Services as well as CRM and CMS system with Salesforce.
