Worked with a variety of clients including; Minnegasco, American Express, Camp Snoopy, United Health Care, Katun Corp, and others on a wide variety of projects. Work included network administration, email administration, 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk support, and more.

Advised clients on the best approach to Document Management, E-Mail, and Forms Processing. Installed and administered NetWare Servers. Supported and maintained numerous networks including Minnegasco’s 600 node network and AmeriData’s own 300 node network.

Designed, configured, installed, maintained and performed troubleshooting of LAN issues for LDSI clients. This included network operating systems, hardware, software, applications and protocols. Installed and administered Netware servers. Additional support and maintenance was provided for networks using as many as 20 file servers, including installation.

Managed the LAN, provided all levels of support to a 650 node network, managed the AT&T System 75 PBX.

Performed all operations and launch sequences for mobile Pershing IIA Intermediate Range Nuclear Ballistic Missile. Member of Personnel Reliability Program, required for those working with nuclear weapons, as well as Secret security clearance.
