I have manufactured and distributed Downhole Tools/Anchors for Artificial Lift Systems. Approx 20-30,000 wells world wide since 1996.Developed and Patented Tools in Canada and the USA and have applications in Latin America for these products, Torque Anchors (3 designs), Tubing Anchor Catchers (4 designs), Tubing Drains, PC Pump Stabilizer Tools etc.Also, equipment for shallow gas wells Coiled Tubing Hangers and WR Bridge Plugs, Bushings and Pressure Beans etc. in which we completed 2,400 shallow gas wells in southern Saskatchewan. I have been involved in the testing of all these products at C'fer, SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) and Hoogensen's Metalurgy in Canada. I was involved with the installation of Mobil/Exxon's and Ameriven's pilot wells (PC Pump system) in Venezuela in 1996 and have been working with the PDVSA/Mixed companies since, with Torque Anchors and Anchor Catchers for Rod Pumping Systems. Wrote an Install Procedure for Torque Anchors and PC Pumping systems, still used today. Developed and Installed an insert tool, for NOV/Woodsgroup's, insert PC Pumping System for Chad, Africa approx 3 years ago. Have supplied quality tools to all the major PC Pump companies around the world. Counties include Canada, USA, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Trinidad, Chad, Oman, Egypt, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, and a few more in process.

I was a CNC (Computer Numerically Controled) Programer, worked along side the Mechanical Engineers to perfect the company products. Such as Anchors, Packers, Plunger Lift Systems and many more.Also, wrote a small book to teach apprentices the proper way to set-up a CNC machine and how to understand the programs while operating a CNC Machine.

Taught CNC and Manual Machining, all aspects, to 22 men, on each of 2 shifts, to produce Rod Pumping equipment and fittings. And to follow Quality Control to tight tolerences.
