• Supervise and monitor day to day procurement, production along with all shipping & receiving logistics. • Assess requisitions of goods and services to determine scheduling efficiency and delivery logistics. • Plans sourcing of all goods and services to support manufacturing and production on the highest level. • Follow-up, maintain and set-up accounts with company vendors focusing on service quality, product quality and dependability.• Maintain current inventory of parts, tools and material to insure production and out put levels are met with customer deadlines and satisfaction. • Expedite tasks to maximize shop efficiency and production.• Supervise and monitor a group of approximately 20 machinist, inspectors and assemblers/testers to insure all job orders are being met within customer requirements for quality as well as desired schedule.

• Manufacture custom parts on Amada LC-2415 carbon dioxide laser.• Edit G and M code programs when needed as well perform general maintenance of machine, read and interpret shop drawings and blue prints to manufacture quality parts. • Ensure detailed production and maintenance records are met and maintained to comply with company as well as customer standards and satisfaction.• Perform general maintenance of machine on a regular basis, as well as perform basic repair when needed.• Read and interpret shop drawings and blue prints.
