Provide design authority staff augmentation support for the Design process of client Infrastructure Scope of Work at CLIENT. The design authority provides design input and specifies applicable codes and standards, collaborates with the design agency throughout the design process, and reviews and approves the design output.

Provide electrical engineering expertise in the execution of Activity Management Processes; Task includes but not limited to:• Perform quality assurance on BUILDER data entries performed by military personnel• Use BUILDER data to forecast and project future work• Coordinate with sub-AMP managers assigned to their area of responsibility for BUILDER inventory• Develop 1-5, 10, and 20 year project listings in association with community planner, service contracts, SABER, USACE, FBWG• Conduct root cause analysis of failing systems for development of project scope• Integrate with shops, R&O, engineering flight to prioritize sustainment projects (MIDI, PoF, Critical Component Effective Equip)• Provide engineering knowledge, support and advisement to the maintenance shops, through research, field experience, and data collection to provide long term and innovative corrective plans and processes as needed.• Generate Independent Government Estimates for project execution using e4Clicks, RSMeans, Excel software• Develop information to assist in government scope definition, preparing inputs for government-approved estimates, accomplishing DD Form 1391s and scoring for the Air Force IPL• Participate in sub-amp working group sessions• Provide in-house engineering design and design review for minor construction projects and maintenance work• Plan/develop projects for high/low voltage distribution, airfield lighting, fire alarms, interior/exterior low voltage applications• Complete design reviews for electrical projects • Review contractor construction submittals for approval• Participate in facility pre-final inspections • Generate AUAB Exterior Lighting Plan• Coordinate AUAB Power Study• Develop plans for facility in-building mass notification system and AUAB base-wide giant voice system designs
