Good DayI Ted Noordam have been part of the Construction Industry since 1975. Starting in Labouring for whatever needed done and then entering the Apprenticeship Program. As I was nearing the completion of that program I applied for BCIT Building Tech and was accepted 2 years earlier than originally told, so I put the apprenticeship on hold. Finished BCIT in 1981 with a Diploma in Building Technologist in the Economics Option. I have a Certificate of Apprenticeship in 1982. Interprovincial RED Seal in Carpentry since 1982. Various jobs in construction as the economy allowed, eventually lead me into the Truss industry in 1988 with Intercoast Truss in Abbotsford.We at Maple Ridge Truss have merged with Alliance Truss in the fall of 2013 to become a very competent design team to back up the sales force to provide a comprehensive Roof & Floor truss solution to the building industry. I remained with the most modern, up to date plant's (2) in the lower mainland.We also have a Wall Panel division and associated with Horace Engineering provide a full engineered building solution.Thank for your time.Ted
