Environment: WebLogic 12, J2EE, Axis, Oracle 11, Hibernate, Web ServicesProjects: Part of a group of 10 - 15 developers responsible for design and implementation of eligibility, enrollment, payment, and other management services for Florida’s government health services (SCHIP/Medikids). This system used J2EE best practices in a WebLogic container. Data persistence was managed through DAO layer integrated with an Oracle database. I was mostly responsible for back end RPC and Rest services.Responsible for building GWT framework, standard patterns, and best practices that were to be used by team of developers in developing the UI for a system that provides eligibility, enrollment, and management services for Kansas’s government health services. This system used J2EE best practices in a WebLogic container, and implemented Spring dependency Injection for state specific requirements. Data persistence was managed through DAO layer integrated with an Oracle database. Responsible for design and implementation of financial business services. This included processing multi-source debit and credit transactions, ACH services, account balance services, etc.Responsible for design and implementation of inbound and outbound document processing.The above responsibilities were related to a system that provides eligibility, enrollment, and management services for Georgia’s government health services (SCHIP). This system used J2EE best practices in a WebLogic container, and implemented Spring dependency Injection for state specific requirements. Data persistence was managed through DAO layer integrated with an Oracle database. Physical documents were stored in a WebDAV environment. Client: Tempus Nova
