MadCat Software is a software development and consulting company dedicated to providing startups and small businesses with guru level knowledge and development expertise in a variety of areas. The primary business took a six year hiatus while the principal brought a highly visible startup, Intelliden Inc., into the limelight of Network Configuration Management. As of November 2006, the principal is back to full time work with MadCat Software and looking for the next company to accelerate through the crucial initial requirements, design and development stages.

Responsible for direction of the companies technical aspects including defining and building a content management system to support web system design and development, overseeing all technical support of the software and system level operations, and development of new technologies to enhance the companies offerings, such as Search Engine Optimization.

Time-Post.com, Inc is a small WISP serving the local area for outbound Internet connections and hosting high-end web developers. Primary responsibilities include; network architecture, installation and maintenance using Cisco routers, managed switches, PIX firewalls and Access Points and server architecture installation and maintenance using Windows 2000/2003 based servers running IIS, ASP, ASP.NET, PERL, PHP, MySql, and SQL Server.

Brought in as a senior developer I was one of the three designers of the core product that this “Top 10 Startups to Watch” company pioneered. Throughout the six years of employment with the company I was instrumental in the engineering teams focus on the product. As the company defined itself, I formally held the positions of Technical Lead for the UI team, Technical Lead for the Middleware Team, Manager and Architect of the Core Product and Chief Architect. The technical expertise of this company lies in Java, J2EE (Weblogic Server 5.x-9.1, Websphere 5.1, JBoss 4.0), Soap, and XML.
