Ted is one of many family members that has worked for the Rogers Group (RGI) over the past half century. Ted's Grandfather worked for Rogers for 15 years as a mechanic. Ted's father started his career with Rogers in 1951 and worked a total of 43 years for the Rogers Group of which 27 years was directly for Ralph Rogers, the founder of Ralph Rogers and Company. As with his father, Ted developed his skills from the bottom up culminating into an Area Production Manager's position for the Central Division managing the Operations and P&L for 10 Aggregate Facilities with 10 direct reports and over 125 indirect reports. Since 2008 Ted has worked at the Corporate level and assists with Production Efficiency of 70 aggregate facilities as well as managing the Corporate RAP Plant. Ted just recently (January 2019) received the Indiana Mineral Aggregates Associations coveted award of “Miner of the Year” through the Industry Association.On June 21st, 2020, Ted retired from The Rogers Group Inc. After working 48+ years in the industry.
