Supervisor of Chatsworth Showroom facility As the Showroom Supervisor I am responsible for all aspects of operation including hiring, reviews and day to day supervision of staff and the facility operation. Position was responsible for tracking of the facility sales and customer service accuracy. Including receiving and ordering of inventory and all supplies. Developed the Emergency Action Plan and coordinated the Emergency Safety and Hazard preparation for insurance inspection. Handled customer complaints and visited customers to increase sales. Set a sales record for facility in the third month and have continued growth into present months while replacing key staff.Established a recycling program for waste and was able to reduce the cost of overall waste and recycling while recycling more than 90% of material

 Account responsibilities included increasing sales and sales margin on all assigned accounts. Included developing new sales accounts in Northern Colorado. Account package consisted of calling on Anheuser Busch Facility, the three major Universities and extensive industrial account base such as engineering firms and panel builders for both domestic and export. Responsible for negotiating pricing, including quotations, for customers and special price agreements with various manufacturers.  Promoting the value added relationship between customers and Graybar Electric. Which included financial services and on staff product specialists. Also responsible for developing new sales with customers and establishing a consistent pricing structure for each customer. Required to meet and exceed budgetary numbers.  Was on pace to exceed budget in 2009 by approximately 25% with a 500,000 dollar backlog already in place.

 Promoted to Branch operations manager Sept 2004. Responsible for daily functions of staff including but not limited to hiring, directing, discipline, and promoting employees. Audit duties included operating within guidelines of the Oxley Sarbanes law and all Wesco internal requirements. Responsibilities included training of new and tutoring existing employees on Wescom computer system, reconciling all cash at branch, processing workmen’s compensation and safety at the branch. Previous position counter and warehouse supervisor for a counter that ranked in the top 5 of Wesco nationally although in one of the smaller markets. During tenure was elected counterman of the year by the Allen County Electrical Association twice. In Bakersfield Ca. was liaison to a customer in the oilfields that spent approximately 18,000,000 a year with Wesco. Duty included daily billing oversight and inside sales. Positions included working on the Wesco lean imitative at both the Ft Wayne and Bakersfield site.
