I started when the company had 1 site and a skeleton crew and grew the network to many sites with a large distributed team. I ran my own business for a while. Focused on building Novell networks (was a CNE at the time) and peer to peer networks for companies in the San Antonio area. I left for a larger playground - small business wasn't enough for me at the time.
