It Consultant
Current- Provide direct IT support to Employees and clients to resolve Helpdesk requests
- Maintain back-end systems, including SCCM, Security Monitoring, Server Maintenance & Backups
- Research, develop, and document best practices and procedures for routine IT tasks
- Handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing work to resolve technical issues and emergencies
- Train, instruct and educate L&B groups and individuals
- Utilize technology to provide staff with fast and secure methods of accessing information and collaboration
