It Consultant
Current• Provide direct IT support to Employees and clients to resolve Helpdesk requests• Maintain back-end systems, including SCCM, Security Monitoring, Server Maintenance & Backups• Research, develop, and document best practices and procedures for routine IT tasks• Handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing work to resolve technical issues and emergencies• Train, instruct and educate L&B groups and individuals• Utilize technology to provide staff with fast and secure methods of accessing information and collaboration• Perform duties of other IT staff in their absence or as needed• Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested
