 US Development Rail Terminal – Port Arthur, TXManaged multiple contractors during the construction of an unloading rail terminal to receive 120 railcars of Canadian crude per day. Collected QA/QC documentation from contractors and prepared project completion turn-over packages for acceptance by Owner. WI RNG Hub North LLC – Gillett, WICoordinated construction activities for an anerobic digester and installation of all manure piping for a 6,000 head dairy farm. Completed project will collect and process manure through the anerobic digester to collect the methane, remove H2S through filtration, compress and inject the RNG into a natural gas pipeline.

Trinity Truth Properties -- Keller, TX Directed the clearing and grading necessary to install water, sewer, gas, cable and electric utilities for a 43 home residential development. Managed the initial preparation of roadway to final grading for the installation of concrete roadway to include curbing. Prepared individual lots for transfer to builder.Homeowner – Tucumcari, NM Researched and identified appropriate structure, received all necessary local permitting approvals, negotiated price and secured a contract for the supply and installation of a 40’ x 60’ insulated shop with sealed concrete foundation to include water, sewer and electrical utilities.

Engineering Project Manager/Construction Manager Selected, procured and managed installation of new Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU), creating piping design layout to connect truck loading rack with bulk gasoline storage tanks. Commissioned all equipment, bringing project online, under budget within a 3 week time constraint, while meeting all EPA and TCEQ standards. Implemented multiple modifications to facility infrastructure of bulk fuel terminals in the Texas pipeline system, exercising effective vendor management skills during the selection, bidding and contract award phase of the projects to deliver them on time and under budget.  Demonstrated superior construction management skills overseeing all contractor activities during multiple above ground storage tank OOS inspections and upgrade activities. Supervised over 18k contractor man-hours meeting all design and implementation objectives, including on time & within budget delivery, without accident or injury, while meeting all API 653 standards and OSHA requirements.

Engineering Project Manager Diagnosed need to demolish existing and install a new 5” 5K-HH pipe mill in order to be able to reduce production time, while increasing the production range, capability and reliability of the facility. Selected and procured equipment using strong planning and analytical skills. Installed and commissioned equipment in such a way that the project was delivered with a 50% reduction in equipment downtime. Spearheaded worldwide search and selection of new Flying Cut-Off machines for two pipe mill production lines of varied size. The installation of new equipment involved the introduction of new prototype inline weld seam UT equipment. The successful selection, procurement and installation of the equipment increased production 25%, while decreasing equipment failure and labor costs 20%. Project manager accountable for multiple, simultaneous cradle-to-grave custom capital investment projects, with project budgets between $1MM-$5MM.

American Eco-Energy Corp. – Keller, TX Developed and tested a zero emission rubber gasification process, which took rubber tire chips and converted them to usable energy. Used innovative design skills to develop design specifications to create working prototypes that, when implemented, resulted in the generation of 13.2 MMBTU/Hr from an input of 7.8 Lbs/Min of tire chip raw materials, with zero emissions. By applying the use of strong conceptualization, creation, development and fabrication skills, the project brought to life a number of prototypes which included a liquid bath interface, a spiral auger which removed debris, and a closed system process which allowed the continuous feed of raw materials while recovering all emissions. Terramax Development Corp. – Monroe, GA Conducted a failure analysis to determine why the company grading division was not profitable and unable to deliver projects on time. After diagnosing and implementing corrective strategies, Terramax gained a net revenue increase of $162K in the first 9 weeks of implementation. This effort also resulted in a 25% improvement in timely project completion and delivery. In staying with these corrective strategies, the company was able to begin to deliver all projects going forward, on time. The result of which led to a full time Contract Project Manager position for all of the company residential development project in Georgia. DRY Fabrication – Buffalo, OK Managed the equipment selection, procurement and installation for a needed expansion project to an asphalt plant. Acted as project manager, and lead welder so as to set a performance example for the team, as well as, to deliver the project on time and under budget.

Construction Manager Granite Ridge Combined Cycle Energy Project – Londonderry, NH Analyzed and successfully worked with a design engineering firm to implement necessary modifications to convert a new 750MW, natural gas fired, gray water cooled electric generating station designed for use in South Texas, for use in New Hampshire. Managed all Mechanical and Civil construction activities, including the hydrostatic pressure testing, as well as, commissioning a 750MW natural gas fired, gray water cooled, electric generating station utilizing Siemens W501G combustion turbines.  Coordinated all mechanical construction activities necessary to create a self-contained Water Treatment Facility that processed gray water supplied from the City of Londonderry for use in the cooling tower water system.  Worked in collaboration with the design engineering firm to modify the project from one whose design originated for South Texas installation into one which included an enclosed metal envelope suitable for installation in New Hampshire.Project EngineerBlackstone Combined Cycle Energy Project – Blackstone, MA Coordinated and scheduled the installation activities for a 750 MW, natural gas fired electric generating station utilizing ALSTOM GT-24 gas turbines.  Determining hydrostatic test pressures, test boundary limits, safe working boundaries and testing of all turbine piping systems, along with all BOP piping, In Accordance With (IAW) ASME B31.1 Power Piping requirements.  Acted as liaison between the owner’s representatives, project Mechanical and Civil contractors, as well as, the management of members of the Local 4 Pipe Fitters Union.  Project completion included the submission of the turnover packages, which included the assembly of all system completion and testing documents with technical O&M documentation and successful acceptance of same by the owner’s representative.

United States Army – Deep Sea Salvage Diver  Selected for and successfully graduated from, the U.S. Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center program in Panama City, FL.  Participated in Top Secret missions to support military operations during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.  Supported peacetime underwater construction, demolition, salvage and ships husbandry activities in Korea, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the Sinai Peninsula as well as the United States of America.
