Ted Stratigos joined Avison Young in late 2013 as a Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Long Island office. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stratigos plays a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing Avison Young’s footprint across Long Island. His responsibilities include driving growth, nurturing client relationships, and advising a diverse portfolio of corporations and investors.Over the past five years alone, Stratigos has successfully completed more than 90 transactions, totaling over $300 million in aggregate value. His recent notable assignments include managing headquarters relocations for prominent organizations such as 1-800 Flowers, NY Life, and PPT. Throughout his career, he has represented esteemed clients including National Grid, Leviton Corp., Cablevision, Computer Associates, Winthrop Hospital, Ernst & Young, Allstate, Merrill Lynch, Verizon, MTA, and Northrop Grumman.Stratigos is a recipient of multiple industry awards, including the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island and Long Island Association’s Deal of the Year and Broker of the Year honors. Additionally, he has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for his outstanding performance over several years.
