I began my career by passing the Certified Public Accountant exam and utilizing my accounting degree as an Internal Financial Auditor for Honeywell. After several years of traveling the globe while auditing, I realized my passion was working with people and helping them plan for their futures. In 1998, I decided to transition my accounting skills into a career in financial planning and wealth management.Since then, I have achieved the designation of an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), and also become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner who is dedicated to helping individuals pursue their financial goals at all stages of life. I believe in creating individualized financial plans for my clients and building long-term relationships that allow me to fully know and understand my clients’ needs. On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with my wife Carrie and our young son Benjamin. We enjoy biking, skiing, golfing, and traveling. I am a passionate Iowa Hawkeye fan as well as rooting for the Broncos and Rockies.
